When clarity comes but your body is still in survival mode

It prioritizes safety.

Most advice focuses on:
thinking better
understanding more
seeing clearer
But very little teaches:
how to help the body feel safe again.
And this is often the real next phase.
Not more awareness.
More stabilization.
Not more pressure.
More regulation.
